Yes status has been changed to : Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Sent.
There is no information about RFE.
Also SOFT LUD on April 6 after RFE update on April 3. I wonder why they would update my cases twice in 3 days.

How do you suggest IV 'forum' improves the Signal-to-Noise ratio?

How do you know what I care about and not? I can give some famous examples of GC holders working for IV - Aman Kapoor founder member, Tamsen Mitchell (franklin) leader of South California chapter, and many more.
I may remain active if I feel the cause is worth spending my time, money and effort. Right now, a crowd of 25,000 tracking receipts and discussing mundane issues doesn't give me the confidence to say so. I have better things in life to fight for than a lost cause where the victims (most of them) wait for others to fight for them !

Is this situation only in Chennai consulate or in all consulates in general? I have not heard of any trouble at other consulates. I am taking an appointment this week and will choose a consulate that may work faster (Delhi or Cal).

Received one today.
Weirdest thing:
Person's 140 was revoked by employer;
person received notice of intent to deny. NOID clearly stated that 140 was revoked by employer then quoted ac21 law and said beneficiary may be eligible and to give job offer letter.
person responded with letter from new ac21 employer with perfectly matching job duties/descriptions.
uscis sent denial. Denial only stated that 140 was revoked and 140 immigrant petition is needed to get greencard.
Don't know if this is a new procedure that they are following the main law where a valied 140 is needed the whole time.
So do you think they are going after AC21 folks as a scapegoat? I spoke to few people on this including lawyers and they say that "denials on 485" when 140 gets revoked is a common thing and usually the officer who issues the denial letter does not check and verify to see other details. Thats why they have to go through the MTR process.

Thats exactly why we need to be against L1s. There is no numerical limit on them. Companies can pay peanuts as you just wrote.They work here for 1 year and take the job permenantly. They screw the work culture here

Bashing the system and correcting the imbalances are correct. But some people in this forum are targetting individual persons(some times Senators) and doing personal attacks some times bad words also(I can see atleast 100 postings like that). No one realise the fact that same right we were not able to get in our own country. Can anyone talk to MLA or MP in India by phone when they want if any issue?. So we need to appreciate that we got extra freedom than our own country. If we want to correct problems in the system we have to fight with patient with point in mind that we are aliens compared to those who came here 20 years or 100 years before us.

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has a Business Litigation Committee (BLC) and we met this week and the hot topic of discussion was the recently released Neufeld memo. There is a strong belief that the memo was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act. There is also the belief that the memo violates long-standing precedent and established law. It is believed that there are numerous industry groups as well as individual companies that may be pursuing litigation on this matter. He contacted his senator to get the total number of pending EB apps for India.

Sending my contribution. Thanks everyone for the effort.
Sent emails to 180 people urging contribution and become members if they are not already. It seems most of members/contributors are people whose GC is stuck currently, why dont we try to tap other immigrants (people who got their GC's but have gone through this process and know what we are talking about). It could be difficult as it does not affect them anymore, but having support from these members might be more effective. From my conversations with many such people they are in-principle sympethetic to what we are doing (but I guess they forget the next moment). We should motivate them to contribute in some way (sending faxes/writing to employers/at least monetary donation). Just a thought.

First step - Write to WWJ Radio and let them know your concerns about the airtime provided to such nativist views which will result in attacks against foreigners.
Second, let's all call up/attend his show and dispute his views with facts, such as Presidents Economical report, DoL statistics on Full-Employment Economy. Lets corner him on issues such as collapse of the Social Security system if number of Tax payers decreases, and how does he intend to stop it without increasing Immigration as American fertility levels are currently below replacement levels. We can ask him if he proposes the Government should increase taxes instead which will place him on a sticky wicket.

If Gandhi can sucessfully take on the mighty British Empire "where the Sun never sets" with just a loin cloth and a staff, We are better equipped with Megaphones and Placards! here is what i have figured out in last 4 year and i have been to various blogs.
1. i have read various blogs all are saying trading options with all good stuff you can hardly make any money. Most of the term you have used i have some idea what its is , but havent studied it properly.
2. trading is gambling- you can have some edge by stastical analysis what have performed well over a long time. so backtest u r system over 10 years.
3. would like to know what kind returns are you targeting with options
4. spreads can be an way to go ..but has to be directional bet or else difficult. I have seen lot of iron condor guys breaking down in recent melt down and up.
5. so i kind of believe in hit and run and momentum play - what else can make you money where nothing is certain
6. buying when rsi2 is depressed and selling quickly - can be spread havent back tested it.
i backtest using stockfetcher. but u cant backtest options, you have to manually do it. itried some using think or swim platform.
so i am trying to see if anybody else has any good strategy to share.
